Retail Sales Associate – Dubai

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver an excellent in‑store customer experience while supporting the achievement of sales targets. You will use product knowledge to recommend suitable marine, sports and lifestyle items and ensure the store maintains high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, provide product information, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the store and fitting rooms clean, and manage stock replenishment.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments in line with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, sales huddles and product knowledge sessions, and communicate feedback to the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a premium marine, sports or lifestyle environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
