About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Dubai store. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers find the right products while driving store sales.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their needs, provide product information, and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the store and fitting rooms tidy, and manage stock receiving, price tagging and replenishment.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments according to company policy.
- Participate in team meetings, sales huddles and product knowledge sessions, and communicate any operational issues to the store manager.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Reliability and willingness to collaborate with teammates.
