Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to represent the Forever New brand in our Abu Dhabi store. You will drive sales through exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guiding them to the right products and converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across all brands in the group for effective suggestive selling.
• Ensure the store is well‑groomed, presentable, and adheres to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Arrange stock on the floor, monitor inventory, and record inward/outward movements.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue accurate receipts.
• Apply loss‑prevention procedures, monitor security, and safeguard sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods, and collaborate with the store manager.
