Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent the Forever New brand in our Abu Dhabi store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection, and convert window shoppers into buyers while promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
• Maintain store visual standards by arranging stock according to layout norms and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle the POS system efficiently: process cash, card, voucher payments, issue receipts, and manage cash till balances at shift start and end.
• Record inventory movements, maintain accurate stock reports, and ensure minimal stock loss.
• Monitor store security, follow loss‑prevention policies, and keep sales figures confidential.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods, to meet business needs.

• Well‑presented, well‑groomed and able to uphold the brand’s image at all times.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts, overtime, and peak‑season hours.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge to provide accurate advice and suggestive selling.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory handling and visual standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sales data and adhere to SOPs.
