About the role

Join RAK Ceramics' retail team in the UAE as a Sales Associate, delivering an exceptional showroom experience through a personalized, solution‑based approach. You will help customers transform their living spaces while supporting the company’s vision of industry leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom visitors, advising on products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems, managing relationships, opportunities and follow‑ups.
• Act as a product and customer‑solutions expert, gathering feedback to improve the overall experience.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Promote upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, monitor inventory levels and support visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant certification; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or customer‑facing environments.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, active listening and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs.
