Retail Sales Coordinator – Home Appliances

About the role

The Retail Sales Coordinator ensures retail orders move smoothly from customer purchase order through delivery and after‑sales follow‑up. You will support sales and customers with accurate stock information, timely updates, and persistent follow‑up until issues are resolved.

Key responsibilities

• Verify customer LPOs against quotations, prices, promotions, quantities, specifications and terms; resolve discrepancies and process ERP orders.
• Support sales with quotations and product information; track stock availability, reservations, allocations and backorders, flagging shortages or excess.
• Coordinate daily preparation, loading and deliveries with warehouse, logistics and drivers; communicate special requirements and delivery status to customers and sales.
• Handle customer calls and emails, log installation requests, complaints and service cases, and follow up with after‑sales to keep customers informed.
• Manage approved returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds, coordinating movements with relevant teams until closure.
• Work with accounts on invoices, payments, credit queries and claims, resolving documentation issues affecting orders or collections.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer, dealer and transaction records in ERP/CRM; correct data errors, report sales and operational cases in Excel, and escalate recurring issues.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or retail customer support, preferably in appliances or electronics.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and CRM systems covering orders, stock allocation and returns.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and data reconciliation.
• Good understanding of LPOs, quotations, delivery documents, invoices and credit notes.
• Clear English communication and persistent, patient follow‑up across departments.
