Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will represent the store’s brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and effective selling techniques. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring a professional image and meeting monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, attend to customers, and promote sales.
• Build solid relationships with customers, cross‑sell and upsell while delivering product awareness.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and visually merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stay informed on all products, promotions, advertisements and new releases.
• Assist with merchandise processing, replenishment and stock receipt.
• Identify security risks, handle theft situations promptly and professionally.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to payments, exchanges, security and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certificates and enroll in training portals.
• Gather customer feedback, address complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
• No prior experience required.
