About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will drive sales performance across our retail locations, focusing on the beauty and salon market. The role requires strong leadership, training abilities and the capacity to travel between branches and work flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage retail operations and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Travel across branches to support and train staff.
  • Work flexible hours as needed to cover store requirements.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
  • Demonstrated success in retail sales with quantifiable achievements.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Experience using POS systems.
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace competence.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms.
