About the role
Al‑Futtaim Motors is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for its Toyota showroom in Al Ain. The role leads a high‑performing sales team, drives showroom performance and ensures an outstanding buying experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the showroom sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Plan, coach and execute sales strategies to maximise profitability.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure a seamless, customer‑centric vehicle purchasing journey.
- Coach sales executives on engagement, negotiation and closing techniques.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
- Promote customer retention through relationship management.
- Maintain compliance with Toyota and Al‑Futtaim sales policies.
- Use sales data and market insights to improve commercial performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in automotive retail sales.
