Retail Sales & Operations Coordinator (UAE)

About the role

The Sales & Operations Coordinator will support day‑to‑day retail and operational activities for Vhernier boutiques across the UAE. Working closely with boutique teams, logistics, suppliers and Vhernier HQ, the role ensures smooth store operations and timely stock movements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to all Vhernier boutiques in the UAE.
• Manage stock movements, transfers, receipts and returns using SAP.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with boutiques, logistics teams, suppliers and headquarters.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders in SAP, maintaining supporting documentation.
• Handle supplier quotations, invoices and general follow‑up.
• Support boutique needs such as packaging, stationery, uniforms and other operational supplies.
• Maintain trackers for shipments, orders, projects and other operational activities.
• Assist with boutique openings, renovations and retail projects, ensuring store readiness.
• Liaise with internal Richemont teams (Finance, Logistics, IT, Procurement, Security) as required.

Required profile

• Experience in retail operations, sales operations, logistics, supply chain or a similar role.
• Background in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion or premium retail environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP is required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
