Retail Sales Representative (Bath & Body)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Retail Sales Representative to join Exotic Colors’ boutique in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers looking for bath treats, body care, cosmetics and fragrance products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits and usage, including fragrances.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Maintain attractive product displays, keep shelves stocked and support sampling or demonstrations.
• Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal offers and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide regular sales updates and complete required reports.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in bath & body, cosmetics, skincare or fragrance.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Target‑driven, motivated to meet sales KPIs.
• Professional appearance and confidence when interacting with customers.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in the UAE.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
