About the role
The Retail Sales Representative drives sales and delivers a pleasant in‑store experience at Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery in Dubai Mall. You will be the brand’s front‑line, maintaining store standards while assisting customers with product knowledge and transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, assisting with product knowledge, handling cash‑wrap transactions and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Support store operations including opening and closing duties, security, inventory checks, and covering the store in the manager’s absence.
- Train new staff on POS usage, ensure pricing and ticketing compliance, and contribute to achieving weekly sales targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
- Friendly demeanor with an eye for fashion trends.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
