Retail Store Manager – Arabic or Russian Speaker

About the role

The Retail Store Manager will lead the Oakley store in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires fluency in Arabic or Russian, strong people‑management skills, and deep knowledge of retail KPIs and local compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit objectives, monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, UPT and footfall.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising and loss‑prevention controls.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates, conducting performance reviews and scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, damage reporting and coordinate audits and loss investigations.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, manpower rosters and expense summaries, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and health‑safety standards.
