Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Analyst will support Rixos Hotels' Corporate Revenue Management team from Dubai, providing accurate reporting, forecasting, market analysis and actionable recommendations. The role works closely with hotel Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to maximise revenue and profitability across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards for the corporate team and assigned hotels.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, cancellations and market share, analysing performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of hotel revenue forecasts, annual budgets and business plans, reviewing booking trends and seasonality.
• Analyse demand and competitor pricing to recommend room rates, restrictions and inventory allocation.
• Evaluate group enquiries, contracted business and promotional offers through displacement and profitability analysis.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and destination events to assess hotel positioning and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse channel mix, commissions and acquisition costs to support profitable distribution decisions and rate‑parity reviews.
• Support analysis of all‑inclusive packages, assessing occupancy mix, package inclusions and contribution of different business segments.
• Consolidate hotel submissions, ensure consistent reporting definitions and prepare presentations for revenue reviews.
• Validate data from property management, reservations and business intelligence systems, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections.
