Revenue Controller – Fixed‑Term (15 months)

About the role

The Finance team at White & Case LLP is seeking a Revenue Controller on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract to support the Middle East region. You will work closely with the Middle East Revenue Manager and partner finance teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting, collections, and compliance with firm policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounts receivable (AR) and manage AR relationships across the Middle East.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to review work‑in‑progress (WIP) and AR balances, documenting actions and follow‑ups.
• Oversee matter set‑up in the 3E system, performing selective testing of bills and identifying unusual balances.
• Identify bottlenecks in billing and collection processes and implement remedial actions.
• Prepare consolidated monthly cash collection and billing forecasts for partners in collaboration with finance management.

Required profile

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with revenue control, collections, and WHT (withholding tax) regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with partners and international offices.
