Revenue Management Executive – Hotel Cluster

About the role

The Revenue Management Executive will support a cluster of luxury hotels in Dubai by optimizing room inventory and driving revenue growth. Working closely with the Revenue Management team, you will assist in analysis, reporting and system maintenance to ensure accurate pricing and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing room inventory and maximizing cluster rooms revenue.
• Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, communicating strategies to properties.
• Perform month‑end revenue reporting, auditing and forecasting.
• Generate and update property and market revenue reports for the team.
• Maintain the revenue management system, including rate hurdles, demand forecasts, group forecasting and daily checks.
• Support training of new associates on revenue tools.
• Implement hotel sales strategies within reservation and inventory systems.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in revenue management or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and verify information, lift up to 15 lb, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
