Revenue Management Specialist – Pricing Analytics & Automation

About the role

The Revenue Management Specialist will build the analytical engine for the Revenue Management function across GCC and India, turning customer, shipment and financial data into actionable pricing insights and automated tools. The role focuses on developing MVPs, automating recurring analysis and delivering fact‑based recommendations to improve price realization and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer, shipment, revenue, price and margin data to identify price dispersion, profitability gaps and repricing opportunities.
• Build and maintain an annual price review cockpit (GRI) covering addressable revenue, customer targets, negotiated increases and realized uplift.
• Develop customer segmentation models and pricing archetypes using volume, profitability, product mix and service complexity.
• Create robust Excel‑based MVPs for profitability, surcharge leakage, price corridors and exception monitoring, ensuring clear inputs, controls and documentation.
• Automate data ingestion, cleaning, transformation and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate and Office Scripts.
• Produce concise dashboards and management views for senior stakeholders and support strategic pricing cases with scenario modelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain or a related quantitative discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, commercial analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to analyse large transactional datasets and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Fluent business English with strong presentation skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dynamic arrays, scenario modelling) and Power Query.
• Working knowledge of Excel Data Model, Power Pivot and basic DAX; experience with Power Automate or Office Scripts is desirable.
