Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager reports to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management and is responsible for planning, developing and executing the revenue performance cycle for Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences. The role involves monitoring market trends, optimizing distribution channels and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor competitor availability and pricing daily using tools such as OTA Insight, Rate Gain and EzRMS, and report actual performance versus the competitive set.
• Analyze booking patterns and market trends to inform pricing strategy and tactical offers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and month‑end reporting by market segment.
• Support the sales team with performance analysis of top accounts and propose variable pricing proposals.
• Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels and maintain accurate rate codes in OPERA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or a Revenue Management certification such as HSMAI CRME.
