Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will oversee and coordinate revenue management functions and inventory strategy for Marriott hotels across all brands in the Dubai market. This fixed‑term maternity cover role includes responsibility for room, group and catering segments as well as function space.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core revenue management services for transient, group and catering segments.
• Manage room authorizations, rates and restrictions to maximize RevPAR and profit.
• Analyze competitive performance using market‑share tools and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Execute revenue management projects, strategy implementation and system audits.
• Conduct weekly sales‑strategy meetings with General Managers and property staff.
• Monitor inventory daily, load promotions, and ensure compliance with e‑commerce channels.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in revenue management, sales or marketing.
