Revenue Manager

About the role

Sofitel Dubai Downtown, a 5-star luxury hotel in Downtown Dubai, is looking for a Revenue Manager. The role drives topline revenue performance through data-driven analysis, forecasting, pricing strategies and demand optimisation, covering revenue analytics across all segments and channels and managing the Reservations function.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate booking quality and correct data entry into the PMS to the reservation and front office teams.
• Support the Director of Revenue in growing market share and revenue through pricing and mix management.
• Help develop the overall pricing strategy for all market segments and distribution channels, reflecting asset strength against competitors.
• Ensure Sofitel pricing policies (rational pricing) and the Best Rate Guarantee are followed.
• Manage inventory and pricing across all channels, including branded web, third-party sites, TARS and the GDS.
• Oversee daily operations of the Reservations department and lead, train and develop the Reservations team.
• Set and monitor reservations KPIs such as conversion rate, call handling time and abandonment rate.
• Monitor booking patterns and booking windows to adjust selling strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management or Revenue Analysis.
• Previous experience managing or overseeing Reservations is highly preferred.
