Rewards Analyst – HR Compensation & Benefits

About the role

The Rewards Analyst will support Crescent Petroleum’s HR function by designing and maintaining compensation, benefits and reward structures that align with business objectives. You will work closely with HR leadership to ensure manpower planning, budgeting and reward schemes meet both short‑term and long‑term needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse current manpower inventory to identify skill gaps and staffing requirements.
• Create, update and maintain organisation charts in line with approved manpower plans.
• Support the development of compensation and benefits strategies, including wage structures, pay‑for‑performance programmes and policy documentation.
• Monitor local market conditions and competitor benefit schemes, recommending adjustments to reward packages.
• Produce HR reports and proposals based on best practices, trends and analytical insights.
• Track contemporary HR practices and recommend strategic improvements to achieve organisational growth objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
• HR professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of broad HR experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent data‑analytics capabilities.
