Rewards Consultant – Total Rewards & People Analytics

About the role

The Rewards Consultant will support the strategic and operational delivery of total rewards, people analytics and HR planning for AMANA Group. This role focuses on data‑driven decision‑making, process automation and continuous improvement of HR services aligned with the organisation’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and implement compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
• Prepare and analyse salary surveys, conduct job evaluations and propose appropriate grading for new roles.
• Lead periodic HR data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance and readiness for reporting.
• Maintain and enhance the HR data warehouse and Power BI dashboards for real‑time workforce insights.
• Develop analytics frameworks to track retention, productivity and other workforce trends.
• Drive digitisation of HR processes, including payroll, attendance and reporting systems, and support AI‑driven payroll processing.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits or HR analytics.
• Proven experience leading HR data audits and implementing technology enhancements.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with talent acquisition, finance and IT teams.
