RFQ & Tender Submission Executive

About the role

The client, a chemical trading company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced RFQ & Tender Submission Executive. The role involves managing RFQs, quotations, tender submissions and coordinating with procurement, sales and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely commercial offers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RFQs, quotations and tender documents, including ADNOC specific requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales and Suppliers to gather pricing, technical and commercial information.
• Review RFQ specifications, commercial terms and customer requirements to develop competitive offers.
• Handle procurement activities related to RFQs, such as supplier enquiries and price comparisons.
• Support sales through quotation preparation, customer coordination and follow‑ups.
• Maintain commercial, procurement and shipping documentation and track deadlines, clarifications and submission status.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE across procurement, sales and documentation.
• Experience with ADNOC RFQ/tender processes is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of quotation, tender and procurement procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using Odoo ERP system.
