Rides Technician – Theme Park Maintenance

About the role

The Rides Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all rides, attractions and related facilities at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed according to manufacturers’ specifications, minimizing downtime and guaranteeing a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks, start‑up and closing procedures, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance on all rides and attractions.
• Ensure rides are ready for operation according to park opening hours and maintain safety standards for guests and colleagues.
• Respond promptly to ride downtime calls, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Complete and submit preventive maintenance checklists and report any safety concerns to the Team Leader.
• Attend briefings, training and development programs to continuously improve technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Electrical or Mechanical diploma with at least 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Proven expertise in either electrical or mechanical systems, preferably both.
• Ability to read and interpret operation manuals, schematics, hydraulic drawings and technical diagrams.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Physical fitness to work in environments with extreme temperatures, noise, chemicals and dust.
