Risk Operations Lead

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Risk Operations Lead to support its Fiat Team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves reviewing campaigns, checking data quality, analysing user behaviour and providing insights that drive risk‑control strategies and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews and user‑behaviour analysis based on operational needs.
• Perform in‑depth analysis combining internal and external data to generate actionable insights for strategy development and model iteration.
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows and establish a standardised risk‑operations framework to improve efficiency.
• Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk‑control strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience in data analysis or data operations, preferably in business risk control, marketing anti‑fraud, account or fund security.
• Strong business acumen, risk intuition and logical thinking with the ability to identify risks from anomalous data.
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis.
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modelling.
