Risk & Regulatory Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead risk and regulatory transformation engagements for banking and financial services clients in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver risk & regulatory transformation engagements across banking and financial services clients.
• Advise clients on non‑financial risk, compliance, conduct risk, operational risk, governance and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Design and enhance risk governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation and business adoption.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations from regional regulators such as CBUAE, SAMA, DFSA, ADGM.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of non‑financial risk management within banking and financial services.
• Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CBUAE, SAMA, Basel, CMA and SCA.
• Experience developing and enhancing risk management, compliance, governance, operational risk, conduct risk and risk reporting frameworks.
• Experience in one or more areas such as regulatory licensing, remediation, conduct risk, operational risk, ERM, governance, operational resilience, digital asset risk, compliance monitoring, outsourcing risk.
