Road Safety Auditor/Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Road Safety Auditor/Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will lead safety audits across highway and expressway projects, conduct crash investigations, and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve road safety for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Road Safety Audits at all stages for highways, expressways, and related infrastructure.
• Investigate crash sites, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret crash data to support safety improvements.
• Participate in client, contractor, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and calculation sheets.
• Offer insights on traffic patterns, high‑risk locations, and effectiveness of interventions.
• Evaluate safety of vulnerable road users and propose protective measures.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging developments in road safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in road safety, with a focus on Road Safety Audits (RSA).
• Approved RSA Team Member status and ITC‑recognised road safety certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in GCC or Europe.
