Room Service Operator (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Room Service Operator to join our Food & Beverage team at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas. You will coordinate all room‑service requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Take and place guest orders accurately and efficiently via telephone or in‑person.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menus, promotions, and recommend items to guests.
• Answer Room Service telephone calls when required.
• Report cleanliness and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Attend regular training sessions covering SOPs, product knowledge, grooming, and telephone etiquette.
• Flexibly support other areas as directed by the supervisor.
• Adhere to internal policies, safety procedures, and any additional tasks assigned by the Room Service Manager.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar room‑service or food‑and‑beverage role is preferred.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and grooming while on duty.
