About the role
One&Only The Palm is seeking a motivated Room Service Order Taker to join its Food & Beverage team. In this role you will manage the In‑Room Dining desk, ensuring guests receive prompt, accurate service while supporting the overall efficiency of the department.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day operations of the In‑Room Dining desk in close cooperation with the IRD Manager.
- Process guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain compliance with the One&Only Quality Management System.
- Assist in optimizing outlet utilization and maximizing revenue.
- Participate in departmental training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with high‑profile, diverse clientele.
- Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
- Dynamic team player with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of service.
