About the role

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is hosting a Rooms Open Day to recruit talented individuals for a variety of front‑of‑house and guest‑service positions. Candidates will join a diverse, inclusive team dedicated to delivering legendary hospitality in Dubai’s luxury hotel market.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests as a Doorman, Front Office Agent or Guest Relations Agent, ensuring a seamless first impression.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes, reservations and guest inquiries using the hotel’s property management system.
• Provide personalized concierge and butler services, including luggage handling, in‑room amenities and special requests.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee rooms meet the brand’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
