ROV Supervisor – Lead Subsea Operations

About the role

The ROV Supervisor will oversee Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision. With expertise in ROV systems and instrumentation, they will lead teams in executing subsea projects from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise ROV operations to meet project goals and safety protocols, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a skilled team of ROV technicians, providing training and performance assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and company policy adherence through inspections, audits, and quality standards.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on ROV technologies, offering technical guidance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
• Develop and implement standardized documentation and compliance processes across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on ROVs, USVs or marine robotics.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
