About the role
The Royal Club Services Coordinator assists the Royal Club team in delivering flawless service to VIP, Royal Club and Suite guests at Atlantis The Palm Dubai. This position ensures smooth daily operations, proactive communication, and adherence to resort standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of the Royal Club Services team.
- Provide professional, courteous service to all VIP and suite guests.
- Maintain efficient information flow between guests, Front Office, and hotel leadership.
- Support proactive communication among Royal Club, Front Office, and management.
- Ensure resort standards are consistently applied by all team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as Opera.
- Strong passion for service delivery and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French or German is advantageous.
