Sales Account Executive – B2B SaaS

About the role

Join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS sales organization and own the complete sales cycle for the European market. This fully remote position allows you to prospect, demo, negotiate and close deals while collaborating with a distributed sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a strong outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting campaigns.
• Convert inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, prioritize high‑potential opportunities and consistently meet or exceed quota.
• Share successful strategies and insights with the wider sales organization to improve overall performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of full‑cycle success.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and deliver measurable revenue results.
• Strong commercial mindset, self‑motivation and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Poland or elsewhere in Europe and able to work within European business hours.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle SaaS sales (prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing).
• Excellent live‑call communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Consultative discovery and ability to align product value with customer challenges.
