Sales Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to drive new‑business acquisition and expand existing client relationships across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will represent Shufti’s AI‑powered identity verification and KYC/AML platform, helping regulated organisations accelerate onboarding, prevent fraud and stay compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor on compliance and fraud‑prevention solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle – from discovery calls and product demos to proposals, negotiations and contract signing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Drive upsell and cross‑sell initiatives within existing accounts to maximize portfolio growth.
• Monitor regional market dynamics, compliance requirements and competitive landscape to inform go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Energetic, extroverted personality with a passion for relationship‑driven sales in the MENA business culture.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives such as Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia and similar programs in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with in‑person meetings and virtual presentations.
