Sales Account Manager – Cars (Northern Emirates)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to drive revenue for the Dubizzle Cars vertical across the Northern Emirates. You will manage a portfolio of auto‑dealer clients, build strong relationships and ensure they maximise the value of their advertising on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with auto dealers and key stakeholders in the Northern Emirates.
• Conduct regular client meetings, review contracts and renew yearly agreements.
• Analyse client accounts, recommend improvements and upsell additional Dubizzle features.
• Serve as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for clients.
• Monitor client “health” metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise their spend.
• Collaborate with management to introduce new products that meet market needs.
• Track all activities in Salesforce and meet performance targets set by the line manager.
• Stay informed about motor‑industry regulations and local market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• UAE driving licence.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in classifieds or the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, including questioning, objection handling and closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and storytelling abilities.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for activity tracking and client management.
