Sales Account Manager (Dubai)

About the role

Supermicro, a global leader in server and IT hardware, is seeking a Sales Account Manager based in Dubai to support sales operations across the EMEA region. The role involves managing key accounts, driving revenue, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as engineering, finance, logistics, and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales operation to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
• Manage multiple key accounts across MENA, developing relationships and sales pipelines.
• Handle full sales cycles, from order processing to delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, logistics, and program teams to guarantee order accuracy.
• Provide timely responses to complex enquiries and sales leads.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate with stakeholders, and develop account‑specific sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of experience in the technology industry, preferably selling to corporate accounts.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training, events, or business activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
