Sales Account Manager

About the role

Supermicro, a global leader in server and IT hardware, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its Dubai team and support sales operations across EMEA. The role focuses on maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of the sales process while working closely with engineering, finance, logistics, and program teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales operation to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
• Manage multiple key accounts, develop relationships, and work with Account Managers across MENA.
• Oversee full sales cycles, including order processing, to ensure smooth operations.
• Understand, articulate, and sell product and service propositions to customers.
• Identify, convert, and forecast sales opportunities and leads.
• Promptly handle complex enquiries and sales leads.
• Proactively map and target new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets, growth, and develop appropriate sales strategies for assigned accounts.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate with stakeholders, and stay informed on global market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Business Administration.
• 2‑3 years of experience in the technology industry, preferably in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Consistently high quality of work and a can‑do, self‑motivated attitude.
• Experience operating both internally and externally, with strong teamwork skills.
• Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
