Sales Account Manager

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager you will own a portfolio of real‑estate agency clients, helping them maximise the value of their advertising on Bayut and dubizzle. You will drive client retention, product adoption and revenue growth by delivering data‑driven recommendations and superior service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agency clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building long‑term relationships.
• Drive contract renewals, upselling and cross‑selling of advertising products to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyse listing and lead performance and provide data‑based recommendations to improve visibility and ROI.
• Educate clients on platform products, ensuring optimal use of advertising solutions.
• Provide market insights, pricing strategies and competitor analysis to keep clients competitive.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product and operations teams to enhance client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real‑estate advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Goal‑oriented, entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to meet quotas.
