About the role
The Sales Account Manager will work on‑site in Dubai, managing and expanding a portfolio of clients in exhibition and event services. You will identify new business opportunities, generate leads and turn prospects into long‑term partners while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts and monitor project delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand brand objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Report on sales activities, market trends and account performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in exhibitions and events.
- Strong account management, customer service and lead generation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on‑site in the UAE and overseas when required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
