About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Admin Support professional to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on processing real‑estate contracts, maintaining inventory databases, and ensuring sales collateral aligns with design specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, process and archive agency agreements, broker registrations, NOCs and contract addendums.
- Maintain real‑time inventory records, unit pricing, payment plans and promotional offers using internal tools and Excel.
- Audit project fact sheets, sales collateral and floor plans against engineering design documents for accuracy.
- Liaise with design and marketing departments to resolve documentation or marketing discrepancies.
Required profile
- Background in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Previous exposure to sales administration, real‑estate support or office operations (entry‑level applicants considered).
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
