About the role

The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by delivering accurate and prompt operational sales assistance to both internal and external customers, helping drive profitable sales and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Prepare sales quotations and convert customer purchase orders into sales orders.
Propose manpower requirements, optimise workload distribution and plan coverage during leaves.
Follow up on purchase order specifications, request for quotations and ensure timely submission.
Update system price lists, issue invoices and manage bank guarantee requests.
Maintain accurate filing of quotations, requests and catalogue archives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
3‑8 years of experience as a sales or customer‑service coordinator in the medical device or healthcare sector.
Strong multitasking, interpersonal and written/ verbal communication abilities.
Desirable certification in Salesforce administration or other CRM platforms.
