Sales Advisor – Lincoln (Luxury Cars)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Advisor to represent the Lincoln brand at our Fujairah showroom. You will engage customers, guide them through the sales process and help achieve monthly sales targets while delivering the premium luxury experience our customers expect.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve pre‑agreed monthly sales targets and budgets for Lincoln vehicles.
• Welcome showroom visitors, assess their needs and provide qualified advice on specifications, extras, accessories and warranties.
• Maintain and update the customer database, generate prospect lists and conduct follow‑up calls and visits.
• Prepare visit and call reports, report weekly/monthly performance against targets.
• Coordinate pre‑delivery inspections, ensure accurate documentation, registration and invoicing of vehicle transactions.
• Advise customers on finance and insurance options and communicate any changes or delays in delivery.
• Ensure smooth handover of vehicles to customers, addressing any queries.
• Collaborate with sales administration to process payments and traffic department registration.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–5 years solid experience in automobile sales within the GCC market.
• Strong knowledge of luxury car products and competitive landscape.
• Attention to detail, quality focus and a dynamic, proactive personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer schedules.
