About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Officer to expand our professional audit, accounting and business consultancy services in Dubai. The role is centred on acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth and strengthening our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the UAE market.
• Identify, approach and acquire new corporate clients for audit and consultancy services.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Track performance against sales targets and report results.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
