Sales and Marketing Agent

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Agent to drive business growth in Dubai. The role combines proactive lead generation, client relationship management and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking events, trade shows and digital channels.
• Conduct client presentations, product demos or property viewings, tailoring solutions for high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate clients and retail consumers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotes and close contracts while adhering to local business practices.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales activities and pipeline metrics using tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, and coordinate offline marketing initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer demographics across Dubai and the GCC.
• Adapt brand messaging for diverse audiences, ensuring consistency across digital assets, brochures and sales collateral.
• Engage daily with a multicultural client base, leveraging strong cross‑cultural communication skills.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a high‑value or real‑estate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with cultural fluency for the Dubai market.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
