Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai to drive business growth by identifying prospects, presenting solutions and closing deals. The role also manages marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through outreach and networking.
• Present product and service solutions, conduct demos and training sessions as needed.
• Develop, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media and other channels.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing activities.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, nurture relationships and resolve inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, diverse workplace.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai, Monday to Saturday.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic data analysis.
