Sales Assistant Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant Manager to drive business development and sales within the hospitality sector in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on generating new corporate and B2B accounts, building client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate, B2B, events, and hospitality accounts.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, client visits, and market research.
• Conduct external meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to deliver client requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events or entertainment.
• Proven B2B sales and business development track record with strong lead generation and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality and corporate market and a UAE driving licence.
