About the role
The Sales Assistant works in the market hall area, generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales and deliver a positive customer experience in the market hall area.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets to support store objectives.
- Greet customers promptly with a smile and provide up‑to‑date product information.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure store standards are met.
- Participate in market hall inventories to keep stock levels accurate.
- Complete additional duties assigned by the shopkeeper and attend store meetings.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Physical fitness to lift stock items and stand for at least 8 hours.

- Excellent verbal communication.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Physical fitness for handling and lifting stock.
- Consistent adherence to schedules and store policies.
