About the role

As a Sales Assistant at ACE Hardware in Yas Mall, you will be the front‑line representative delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. You will interact with shoppers, share product knowledge, and help create a positive shopping experience while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and upsell where appropriate to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/credit operations.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, merchandising, and keep the store clean and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with team members and managers, attend training sessions, and support store initiatives.
