Sales Assistant (Telesales) - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant / Telesales Agent to join the Prypco team. You will speak with prospects who have shown interest in our online fractional Dubai real-estate investment platform, explain the service in simple terms and guide them to become their first investors.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads and outbound prospect lists, maintaining a high call volume.
• Explain how fractional property investment works, answer questions and manage onboarding and KYC verification.
• Convert interested prospects into signed-up, KYC-verified investors.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead status and activity.
• Follow up with prospects who need additional information or reminders.
• Meet monthly targets for calls, conversions and overall performance.

Required profile

• 1-2+ years experience in telesales, call-center or phone-based sales.
• Organised, disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable discussing money, investment products and collecting supporting documentation.
• Resilient and persuasive, able to handle frequent rejections.
• Willingness to learn and use the company’s CRM system.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (training provided).
