About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them choose the perfect chocolate or coffee.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, whether it’s an espresso or a gift box of truffles.
• Maintain a clean, inviting shop – tidy displays and seating area.
• Share product knowledge, offer recommendations and answer questions.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the team when re‑ordering is needed.
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth service.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a chocolate, sweets or similar retail setting.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• A valid UAE residence visa.
• Availability to work the evening shift starting at 3:00 PM.

Required skills

• Passion for coffee or chocolate.
• Basic math skills for cash and card payments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
